New plant for Sangalli Servomotori.

Esautomotion has finally taken possession of the industrial area that will become the new production site of Sangalli Servomotori.

The transfer of activities from the historic Monza plant is expected by September 2025.

More space, more technology, more efficiency, more sustainability

Located in the municipality of Villasanta (MB), the new facility will have a surface area of 3,000 m2 (compared to the current 900 m2) and will be characterised by a high level of automation, ensured by the contribution of Esautomotion in terms of technological know-how.

In fact, fully robotized islands are planned for the production and assembly of flanges and crankshafts, which will allow working on 3 unmanned shifts, tripling the production capacity.

The increased production capacity will make it possible to return to outsourced production at external suppliers while the activity of Sangalli Albania will continue, engaged in the production of some engine parts with subsequent assembly in Italy.

Particular attention will also be given to sustainability. In fact, the installation of solar panels on the roof of the building is planned to reduce energy consumption.

Thanks to its strategic position, the new plant will also allow a substantial optimization of Esautomotion’s logistics, becoming the shipping point for customers in Lombardy, Piedmont and Triveneto, with significant advantages in terms of service and speed of deliveries to customers.

With the new Sangalli Servomotori production  plant, we are equipping ourselves to effectively support our growth during the recovery of the global economy expected in 2025-26” –Andrea Senzolo, CEO of Esautomotion,  – “It will be an Industry 5.0 site, highly automated and with a strong focus on both energy consumption containment and environmental impact. While significantly increasing production capacity, the headcount of personnel will remain substantially unchanged considering the high levels of efficiency guaranteed by the automation of many productions. This important investment by Esautomotion confirms the strategic nature of the acquisition of Sangalli Servomotori in a medium-long term perspective to improve our profitability and enter highly potential market segments in which we are not currently present”.
