Work has begun in the new Sangalli Servomotori plant.
The construction site of the future Sangalli Servomotori production site in Villasanta (MB) has been operational since mid-March. The plan is to complete the work by June 2025, so as to transfer all the activities present in the current Monza complex in September.
“With the new plant we will go from the current 900 m2 to 3,000 m2, of which 2,000 m2 are covered” – Andrea Senzolo, General Manager of Esautomotion, declares – “The goal is to achieve a substantial improvement in terms of efficiency, reduction of production times and costs, applying to the letter the paradigms of Industry 5.0 such as human-centric automation and containment of energy consumption”.
Significant advantages are expected from the optimization of the organizational structure:
- 6 fully robotized islands (compared to the current 2), operating on 3 unmanned shifts, will allow to triple the production capacity while ensuring the return of a series of productions that have long been outsourced
- the warehouse will also become the Esautomotion shipping point to customers in Northern Italy, with faster and more flexible deliveries
“The move to a more modern and efficient production site is not only a fundamental step in the growth strategy of the Sangalli Servomotori brand but will also allow Esautomotion both to be more profitable and competitive and to expand its presence in very potential segments in which we will be able to exploit the excellent reputation that Sangalli enjoys, such as the agricultural and military sectors” – Senzolo underlines.
