Three is always the perfect number. Esautomotion announces the launch of three new products.
Esautomotion, an international leader in the marketing of CNC systems, devices and advanced software for the automation of cutting machines and press brakes, officially presents three innovations designed to bring the level of efficiency and CNC / machine / plant integration to levels never achieved before.
The new products are:
- Smart Bending Assistant: a special smartwatch capable of receiving the voice commands of an operator and transmitting them to the CNC of a bending machine.
- EsaFour4.0: a suite of four 100% Industry 4.0 software, allowing the bidirectional exchange of data between the machine and the company system.
- Smart Tracer: a smartphone app able to acquire remotely the production data of a machine managed by an Esautomotion CNC.

Smart Bending Assistant
It solves cleverly the problem of frequent interruptions to which an operator is subjected during the day to give commands to the CNC of a bending machine.
“The idea is as brilliant as it is simple” – Andrea Senzolo states – “We have developed a special smartwatch, to which we gave the name of Smart Bending Assistant (SBA), which can receive voice commands and instructions from the operator and then transmit them to the CNC. “
The Smart Bending Assistant receives and interprets commands such as, for example, pump on / off, lights on / off, creating a new program or loading an existing one and several others.
It is available in 3 versions to adapt to all needs:
- Basic version, which allows complete voice management of the device
- Advanced Cube version, which incorporates a digital gyroscope, transforming itself into a digital protractor capable of measuring the lean angle
- PRO version, including both the Base device and the Advanced Cube
EsaFour4
“It is a modular suite consisting of 4 software that truly bring Industry 4.0 into a company. – continues Senzolo – Clearly it is intended for SMEs which operate according to a logic of poor integration of the various functions, paper information or, even worse, verbally. EsaFour4 software introduces a high level of automation and digitization in production: it can send and receive data and information, communicating with the company’s computer system.
The software belonging to the suite are:
- Data Logger: it collects the production data on time of the single machine and translates them into a Windows-compatible language.
- Production Manager: it loads the various orders into the machine, sending all the information on the piece to be executed to the CNC
- Production Tracer: it organizes and processes the data of the various machines.
- Office Production Manager: it loads, manages and controls all orders with automatic sending to the Production Manager of each machine.

Esa Smart Tracer
It is an app for smartphones, IOS and Android, which allows you to remotely monitor the status and progress of the output of all the machines on which the software of the EsaFour4 suite are operating.

Esa Smart Tracer displays and makes available a number of information such as programs running on a machine, OEE Index, order sequence, etc.
