Esautomotion has officially launched its new bi-rotary head.
This is a new generation device, designed for installation on the latest plasma and laser cutting machines, which have exceptionally high levels of automation and productivity.

“This head was created to be mounted on today’s cutting machines, which have processing rates that were unthinkable until a few years ago” – says Andrea Senzolo, Global Sales Director of Esautomotion – “A head must, therefore, know how to handle these cadences, maintaining absolute precision in positioning and minimizing possible problems or machine downtime “.

“The efficiency of the new Esa head is guaranteed by the algorithms that we have developed specifically for this product and installed in our CNCs: they allow optimal tilting of the head on the cutting point for its maximum precision” – adds Senzolo – “We have provided a lot of attention also to the safety factor. At the current speeds of the systems, the possibility of collisions, with the risk of tripping and damaging the torch, must necessarily be considered. To avoid this eventuality, we have inserted special sensors in the head that immediately block the cutting machine, preventing any damage to the torch “

“The new Esa head is the result of the close collaboration and integration between Esautomotion HQ and the Esautomotion Turkey technical team ” – Senzolo underlines – “The whole project, as regards the engineering, engine and IT parts, was developed by our R&D here in Carpi. Esautomotion Turkey has implemented, under our supervision, the mechanical part and will take care of the production and assembly of the various parts.
