With the shareholders we defined that it was time to adapt the organization and working methodologies to this reality in order to consolidate the results achieved and create a solid architecture on which to build the future – commented Andrea Senzolo, General Manager of Esautomotion – “I am extremely satisfied with our “purchasing campaign”, which has involved, for now, the production and commercial departments. We have co-opted into our team professionals of great depth, not only qualitative but also human. Everyone shares our work philosophy: a lot of passion and determination in achieving goals, combined with teamworking skills and respect for people”.
