Esautomotion strengthens its structure with two new managers.

Esautomotion continues its efforts to enhance the qualitative structure of the organization with the appointment of two new managers, Dario Segat and Simone Lucci.

Dario Segat has taken on the role of Co-General Manager as an external consultant, responsible for R&D, Applications and Technical Services. Graduated in electronic engineering from the University of Padua, Dario Segat boasts over forty years of experience which includes Business Management, R&D, Automation, and Project Management, developed in managerial and executive positions in internationally relevant Italian companies.

“At Esautomotion, I will focus on the efficiency and optimization of the organizational processes of the entire technical area” – Dario Segat declared – “Esautomotion is a company which has experienced outstanding rates of growth in recent years. As it’s often the case, a further and decisive leap in size is linked to building a highly efficient organization, with clear and shared roles and internal procedures. Only in this way we can create lasting value and generate the necessary economic resources to finance innovation and structural growth.”

For Simone Lucci, this is a return, having already collaborated with Esautomotion from 2015 to 2018, before embarking on new collaborations. Simone holds the position of Vice Director of R&D.

“I am truly happy to be back at Esautomotion” – Simone Lucci commented – “When I was first hired, after graduating in Mechatronic Engineering, I was just a young programmer, but the experience I gained was fundamental for my subsequent professional development, culminating in recent years in the automotive sector as the head of electronics for series vehicle testing”.

“In my new position, I will be responsible, among other things, for managing the generational change of all Esautomotion products and their migration to Linux” –  Lucci added –  “This will allow us to adopt the CODESYS® development environment as the PLC language, ensuring greater power to our CNCs, which have to control machines of higher and higher complexity and performance”

“Alongside this, we will increasingly focus on cybersecurity aspects” – Lucci announces – “This has become a hot topic recently, to the point of being regulated by European regulations such as the Cyber Resilience Act, which establishes mandatory cybersecurity requirements for hardware and software throughout their entire lifecycle.”

“The welcome return of Simone Lucci to our team confirms the quality and professionalism of our work environment” – Andrea Senzolo, General Manager of Esautomotion, commented – “The arrival of Dario Segat, a manager with high seniority and great abilities and experience, is in line with our goal of building the new Esautomotion, a company where established traits such as motivation, flexibility, and customer orientation coherently blend with efficiency, innovation and value creation, ensuring our company profitable and stable growth over time on an international scale”
