Esautomotion expands its international presence: Esautomotion Turkey is born.
After the exceptional sales results achieved in 2021, Esautomotion accelerates its internationalization with the opening of a direct branch in Turkey: Esautomotion Turkey.
The new company, with majority capital Esautomotion, will have its main office in Bursa and a secondary office in Izmir. The start of activities is expected to start in July 2022.
“The decision to have an official presence in Turkey is born from the desire to exploit more intensively the attractive opportunities offered by the local market” – says Andrea Senzolo, Global Sales Director of Esautomotion – “Thanks to the great work done by our current distributor, SLM Makine, our sales have steadily increased over the years. It therefore seemed natural for us to involve in this project the ownership of SLM Makine, which will have a shareholding in Esautomotion Turkey.”
The Turkish market: great potential for growth, between East and West.
“We believe that the production of industrial machines in Turkey will experience strong expansion in the coming years, due to the international economic situation and the favorable geographical position” – adds Andrea Senzolo – “It is indisputable how, after Covid, many European companies have started to reconsider their supply chain strategies, reassigning importance to the logistical proximity of their suppliers. From this point of view, Turkey is in an ideal situation: close to Europe but with production costs that are completely competitive with those of China and Asia in general. As a result, we expect a strong increase in demand for advanced CNCs like ours from Turkish OEMs to satisfy Western markets. The opening of an official Esautomotion branch therefore seemed to us an obligatory step both to personally manage the business and local strategies and to ensure a more widespread distribution of our products. To this, I would also add the need to guarantee customers maximum logistical efficiency, with direct deliveries from our local warehouse, as well as adequate levels of technical assistance “.
Two locations to maximize efficiency and coverage.
“Esautomotion Turkey will act through two offices” – continues Senzolo – “In Bursa there will be the legal and operational headquarters, which will house the technical, logistic (the warehouse) and administrative services. On the other hand, our commercial offices will be located in Izmir ”.
