Esautomotion will be present with its own stand at the appointment of Lamiera 2022, the event dedicated to the sector of machine tools for sheet metal working, which returns to Fieramilano Rho after the cancellation of the 2020 and 2021 editions due to the pandemic emergency.

These are technologically advanced numerical controls for Industry 4.0: full digital with Ethercat ultra-fast communication protocol, connectable to the internet via wifi. They will be available with a single rack for all models to simplify installation and connections. Added to this are GlassOnly exclusively Full Touch screens, new more modern and more intuitive HMIs “.
“Another product being launched is the Smart Bending Assistant, a smartwatch capable of recognizing voice commands to transmit a series of instructions to the CNC of a bending machine” – continues Senzolo – “The productivity of the employees of the folding machines is thus significantly improved, who today often have to interrupt the activities they are engaged in to enter data into the CNC. With the Smart Bending Assistant the problem is solved forever: the operator can navigate within a special menu by simply moving the arm, then giving the various commands by voice “.
“The news for Lamiera 2022 are not over” – Senzolo underlines – “After the lockdown, the need for customers to be able to manage work even remotely has become much more stringent. In Esautomotion we are moving at the R&D level in this direction and the first answer is the Smart Tracer app. Through it it will be possible to receive on your smartphone the production data in real time of a machine managed by the software of the new EsaFour4 suite. “
“EsaFour4 includes 4 different software to automate production, connecting each machine to the company network to guarantee the bidirectional exchange of data: we are therefore talking about bringing the logic of Industry 4.0 to the workshop”.
